Discovering the Terroir

A New Discovery — Deeper Into the Forest

Following the completion of our 2025 tea collection, we extended our journey further into the mountains. At the border of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, we discovered Minyang Village —a region rich in ancient wild tea resources. The trees here grow naturally in original clusters, with ages ranging between 300 and 500 years, and carry a degree of traceable documentation. This represents not only the passage of time, but also the foundation for depth in flavor.

A Tea That Evolves With Time

This tea is not only meant for immediate enjoyment — it is crafted for transformation. With its strong structure and living character, it holds exceptional potential for long-term aging. A tea to drink, to study, and to collect.
