Discovering the Terroir
Brand Continuity — From Exploration to Return
Following the spring harvest of 2020, the unexpected global pandemic disrupted our journey. We were unable to return to the mountains as planned, and instead turned our focus inward — dedicating time to studying and documenting the wild tea forests in greater depth. During this period, we came to understand a fundamental truth: wild tea trees are never static. They evolve continuously, shaped by climate, environment, and time.
Returning to the Origin
In 2023, we returned to Doi Saket, Chiang Mai — rebuilding our team and stepping once again into the forest.
By 2024, we began collaborating with local villagers to source tea leaves from the same wild terrain. Yet, rather than rushing to release a product, we chose to spend an entire year observing, recording, and understanding how these trees had transformed over time.
2025 — A New Chapter
The spring of 2025 marks a renewed breakthrough. This black tea reflects a deeper understanding of both nature and craftsmanship. Through more precise control of oxidation and drying, the tea reveals a cleaner aromatic profile, greater structural clarity, and a refined sense of balance.
2025 Spring Collection
This year, we present three teas from the same forest:
- Black Tea
- Oolong Tea
- Green Tea
Though originating from the same land, each expresses a distinct identity —a testament to the diversity of nature
and the artistry of tea-making.
