Discovering the Terroir
After the spring harvest of 2020, unforeseen circumstances disrupted our rhythm and forced us away from the mountains. During the years we couldn't access the forest, we dedicated ourselves to the continuous study of this high-altitude ancient wild tea forest. During this period, we came to a profound realization: wild tea trees are never static. They constantly evolve with the climate, the environment, and the passage of time. In 2023, we returned to Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, rebuilt our team, and stepped back into the primal mountain forest. In 2024, we resumed harvesting with local villagers, yet chose restraint over rushing to market. We spent an entire year purely observing, recording, and cupping to understand the subtle transformations these ancient trees had undergone. Finally, the spring of 2025 marked our breakthrough. The 2025 Spring Collection Black Tea / Oolong Tea (Semi-fermented) / Green Tea Three creations originating from the exact same ancient wild forest. Through tailored and precise craftsmanship, we have unlocked three entirely distinct expressions of nature's finest flavors.
