In the spring of 2020, nature gifted us with leaves of higher moisture and distinct energy. Rather than following a rigid formula, we adapted—extending withering times for better suppleness and employing low-temperature slow roasting to ensure a rounded, silky texture. Through rigorous blind tastings by professional sommeliers, this Ancient Tree Black Tea emerged as our masterpiece, celebrated for its multi-layered honey, fruit, and woody notes. It is a tribute to Northern Thailand’s terroir and our relentless pursuit of craftsmanship. We invite you to experience this harmony of nature and time.
