For the first time, we have applied artisanal oolong tea craftsmanship to ancient tree leaves from the high mountains of Chiang Mai, combined with traditional charcoal roasting. I. 1,400m Mountain Terroir: Symbiosis in the Wild

The tea leaves are harvested from Chiang Mai’s pristine high-altitude region at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level. Here, ancient tea trees thrive naturally alongside rocks, wild cinnamon trees, fruit trees, and diverse native flora. Untouched by conventional monoculture farming, this harmonious ecosystem imparts vibrant regional terroir and rich natural vitality to the tea.
